    Coordinating patient care in collaboration with other departmentsEnsuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheldProviding leadership, guidance, and evaluation of other caregiversEmbodying Mercy's mission, values, and guiding principles in all interactionsQualificationsLicensure:
    Current RN Temporary Permit or RN License in the State of MissouriExperience:
    Minimum2 years of intraoperative experienceas both scrub and circulating nurse3+ years preferredCertifications:
    BLS/ACLS– required within 1 year of hireCNOR & RN-First Assistant certificationrequired within 1 year
