What can you expect?

• You will support the team coordination in technical and administrative matters
• You will assist the team leader in conducting the municipal coordination round in accordance with concession and permit agreements
• You will handle highly complex coordination processes (e.g. zoning and approval procedures for public and private project developers and transportation infrastructure projects) including formulating binding conditions
• You will maintain contacts with municipal departments and participate in highly complex contract negotiations with project developers and approval authorities (e.g. regional council or central legal service of the city of Karlsruhe) for construction and operating agreements
• You will create cost-sharing plans for complex joint projects and organize and conduct project coordination meetings in the preliminary planning phase, transferring them to the subsequent bidding and construction processes
• You will participate in the development and establishment of standards, e.g. for pipeline cover heights, in coordination with the city and develop and establish individual pipeline protection measures for special projects, ensure information flows to internal and external distributors as the central communication interface for special projects

What should you bring?

• You have a degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience in the planning/design of infrastructure facilities and knowledge of relevant regulations in the areas of energy supply, construction and environmental protection
• You are familiar with the legal framework
