The WAB LebensRaum gGmbH is a sociotherapeutic long-term facility located in East Richmond Heights. It offers a comprehensive concept of living, working, and empowering (WAB) for mentally impaired individuals in the county and city of Erlangen.

We are currently seeking qualified professionals for our group service in our houses in Höchstadt, Adelsdorf, and Erlangen
Heilerziehungspfleger (m/f/d), social workers (m/f/d), geriatric nurses (m/f/d), or similar professional groups
part-time and full-time positions available
Your responsibilities:
- social and educational support for clients
- organization of daily routines
- leisure activities
- documentation and reporting
- participation in care planning meetings
- crisis intervention
Your profile:
- qualified degree in one of the mentioned professional groups or a comparable qualification
- ideally, experience in a residential setting
- passion and dedication for working with mentally ill individuals
