    We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Per Diem Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Battle Creek, MI.

    This position offers the flexibility of working on a per diem basis, providing pharmacy services as needed.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Review and interpret medication orders accurately.
    • Ensure the safe and effective dispensing of medications to patients.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy.
    • Provide drug information and consultation to patients and healthcare professionals.
    • Monitor for drug interactions, contraindications, and adverse reactions.
    • Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
    • Participate in pharmacy quality improvement initiatives.
    • Adhere to all state and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice.
    • Provide excellent customer service to patients and other stakeholders.
    • Utilize the EPIC system for prescription processing and documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.
    D.) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.

    • Active Michigan pharmacist license in good standing.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a pharmacist.
    • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of pharmacy practice.
    • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in using pharmacy software systems, including EPIC.

    Shift:

    • Days/Per diem as needed.
