Your new challenge:
Our 12-month trainee program will take you through various finance departments in our German organization.

In addition to our finance and controlling department at our headquarters in Heidelberg, you will also get to know our controlling in the operational units and our HeidelbergCement Shared Service Center in Leimen.

From the beginning, you will be challenged, work independently on project-related tasks and be actively involved in day-to-day business. Afterwards, a challenging position with interesting tasks and good development opportunities awaits you.


What you bring with you:


  • A master's degree in business administration, business informatics or industrial engineering with aboveaverage success
  • Relevant internships in the areas of finance/controlling, accounting or auditing
  • Solid IT skills to drive digitalization in our company
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Commitment and flexibility
  • Continuous willingness to learn and a high level of initiative
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Persuasiveness and assertiveness
