Description
A Behavior Analyst is responsible for the development, training, and proper implementation of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and strategies. Services will be conducted 1:1, and can be provided in-home or in community settings.

The following job description outlines essential job functions, but may not provide a comprehensive list of duties that may be assigned:


  • Work collaboratively with assigned BCBA in order to implement basic principles of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
  • Conduct initial assessments (direct and indirect observations), develop BSPs and/or strategies, train the appropriate team members on how to implement the BSP and/or strategies, and monitor the implementation of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and strategies as carried out by families, staff and Behavior Technician.
  • Review and analyze data provided by families, staff, and or Behavior Technician.
  • Plan/develop/modify appropriate behavior programs, tracking forms, and other materials.
  • Review skill and behavior data on an agreedupon schedule (mínimally monthly).
  • Collaborate with families in the development of behavior support strategies.
  • Complete quarterly reports.
  • Attend quarterly Treatment Team Meetings, and present information from quarterly report to the client's team.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of behavior analysis strategies in all interactions with clients/families.
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion in conduct towards clients.
  • Demonstrate respect, cooperation, consideration, and tact in dealing with subordinates, peers, supervisors, families and others.
  • Cooperate with the applicable State Department or Division licensing unit with all reasonable and legally mandated inspections or investigations.

Schedule for case:


All Behavioral Support positions are Fee For Service. Essentially, you will work and be paid for the services you provide. You will be assigned to a client/clients and provide behavioral support but not be held to a schedule. Most cases are from 3pm-7pm. Daytime cases are limited.

Total Hours= TBD

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Public Health or related field required.
  • Registered Behavioral Technician preferred
  • Experience with physically aggressive and/or selfinjurious clients preferred
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Complete State/Federal Criminal Background checks and Central Registry checks
  • Possess and maintain a valid New Jersey driver's license (or Resident State)
  • Must have basic technology skills & maintain access to a mobile device or PC to complete job requirements

Position Type:
Fee for Service.


Preferred Availability:
Between the hours of 10a-7p during the week, and weekends (if needed).
