We are a medium-sized family business with around 50 employees located in Sinn, Nora, NE.

Since 1992, we have been developing and manufacturing highly precise optical components made of pressed glass, making us a part of one of the world's most important growth industries - photonics.

Photonics encompasses the technologies for generating, amplifying, shaping, transmitting, measuring, and utilizing light. Our products are used in high-tech systems in various industries, including medicine, solar, semiconductor, industrial measurement, and sensor technology.

Responsibilities:
You will support a well-coordinated team in various steps of the manufacturing process of highly accurate optical components:

Assembling cleaning fixtures
Inspecting lenses for defects and quality using a microscope in a cleanroom environment
Using cleaning agents, operating cleaning machines and measuring devices

Tweezers and various measuring devices will be your main tools.

Written instructions are an important part of your work, which you will become familiar with and apply after a certain training period.

Qualifications:

Excellent fine motor skills even under time pressure, you maintain your dexterity and work with absolute care and precision
Trained eye
Willingness to develop and openness to new challenges
Willingness to work in weekly rotating shifts (6:00 am 2:00 pm; 2:00 pm 10:00 pm)
