Your Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the project management team, including conducting goal setting and annual performance reviews.
You work closely with other departments, coordinate and represent the team's needs.
You keep an eye on the development of your team, organize task distribution, and are responsible for balancing within your team.
In close collaboration with our HR department, you take care of recruiting new employees and onboarding new team members.
Multiproject planning and resource planning for all ongoing projects are part of your responsibilities.
You are responsible for designing and maintaining the process and tool landscape.
In case of personnel shortages, you support in project development and management.

Your Profile:

You have successfully completed your studies in mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, or industrial engineering or can demonstrate a comparable qualification.
You have indepth knowledge of the automotive industry and several years of relevant experience in project management.
Ideally, you have already gained initial leadership experience and are integrative, openminded, empathetic, selfreflective, and fair.
You have a high sense of responsibility, resilience, strong communication skills, and a handson mentality.
You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
