We are looking for an independent location manager (m/f/d) with a passion for working with diverse individuals and a drive to advance our mission to establish and lead a tutoring institute in Bayreuth, Middlefield, OH.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Independence
  • Establishing the location
  • Building and maintaining a network and brand presence
  • Acquiring and managing teachers and clients
  • Organizing tutoring sessions
  • Billing and quality assurance
  • Communicating with families, authorities, and partners

What we expect from you:

  • Availability of
    at least 25 hours per week
  • Willingness to work on a
    selfemployed basis
  • High level of selfresponsibility and motivation
  • Strong empathy skills
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Residency in Germany and a work permit for the country
  • Completed university degree
  • Basic knowledge of office and modern communication tools
  • Enjoyment of working with people from all over the world
