    We are currently helping a legal firm find an attorney with litigation experience to join their busy landlord-tenant practice team. The full-time role is based in Woburn, MA and comes with a generous salary of $72K-$100K and benefits package.

    As an Associate Attorney, you will represent clients in court proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. You will also prepare for and attend trials, hearings and mediations in various courts throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (via Zoom and in-person).

    Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

    • Performing legal research and analysis
    • Drafting legal documents, including notices, pleadings, motions and legal memorandums
    • Advising clients on business and legal transactions
    • Negotiating settlements for legal disputes
