How many people need the service? 1
What kind of care and/or household tasks do they need help with? Personal hygiene, walks and recreational activities, accompanying to doctor's appointments and errands, medication management, overnight accompaniment
Current housing situation or location At home (alone)
How often do you need the service? 24/7 live-in care (internship for 7 days a week)
Do you have a preference for the caregiver's gender? I have no preference
What type of professional are you looking for? I am not sure / to be agreed upon (I value both options)
