Currently, we are looking for a part-time receptionist (20 hours/week) for our location in Moosburg. You are a unique individual with your own set of qualifications, talents, and desires. What to expect at ELA:

Reception and care of customers and visitors
Management and ordering of office supplies, promotional gifts, beverages, etc.
Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Preparation of meetings and events
Management and reservation of pool vehicles
General secretarial and office tasks

What you should bring:

Successfully completed training as a hotel specialist, restaurant specialist, office clerk, or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in the hospitality/reception/ front desk field is desirable
Good English skills in speaking and writing
Good knowledge of relevant MS Office programs, such as Outlook
Good communication
