This position is responsible for ensuring that all public areas of the Georgia Center remain clean and presentable at all times.
A public area attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the success of the housekeeping team.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in PositionCustomer service/guest interaction experience preferred. Cleaning experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
Dependable, responsible, honest, strong work ethic, positive attitude, work independently and as part of a team. Work under time constraints and in a fast-paced environment. Understand and speak English.
Physical Demands
This is a physically demanding position.
Employees stand/walk for long periods of time; climb stairs; reach, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, and work with hands; see dust, hair, lint, and dirt; smell odors to identify the source to clean; work in small/tight spaces (between beds and walls in hotel rooms, storage closets, etc.); lift or move at least 30 pounds; and push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 75 pounds.
