Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the acceptance, analysis, prioritization, and resolution of incidents and requests in our ticket system using Concord.
  • Providing user support and troubleshooting for disruptions in our software products is part of your responsibilities.
  • You ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • You also maintain and document solutions in the knowledge database.
  • You work closely with our departments to solve complex causes of errors.

Your profile:

  • You have completed a technical degree (computer science or similar) or a comparable vocational training (IT specialist, IT system electronics technician, etc.).
  • You have broad IT knowledge and are familiar with clientserver environments.
  • Ideally, you have several years of experience in 2nd and 3rd level support.
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle or SQL databases completes your profile.
  • You have excellent communication skills in German (at least C1 level).
