To strengthen our team in Bochum, we are looking for a new team member as soon as possible. Do you have previous experience in project management or event management and can you use this together with your strong service mindset and organizational skills? Your Tasks:


  • Obtaining quotes and creating contracts, scheduling and correspondence
  • Telephone and personal customer support, as well as order acceptance and processing
  • Independent planning and execution of promotions and events
  • Planning, monitoring, and commercial preparation and followup of various projects
  • Participation in new projects and implementation of ideas

You Bring:


  • A qualification that has allowed you to acquire relevant knowledge (e.g. training, studies, or work experience in office management or event management)
  • Enjoyment of planning, organizing, and supporting the implementation of highquality event concepts (digital and in person)
  • A high level of teamwork, reliability, and responsibility
  • Enjoyment of daily interaction with customers and targetoriented communication skills
