Description
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Individual searches of detainees
- Escorting detainees to/from Work Release facility
- Redirect anti-social attitudes/beliefs and affirm pro-social attitudes and beliefs
- Maintaining log of shift events and conduct a thorough pass-down at shift change
- Monitoring of CCTV cameras
- Accountability of equipment
- Assist with office needs as directed
- Complete assigned training courses and maintain certifications
- Document all violations and process them appropriately
- Conduct drug screens as needed and maintain drug screen records
- Testify in court as needed
- Report any messages of significance to the appropriate people in an attempt to keep all staff up to date on current events
- Other duties as assigned by the Work Release Coordinator
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
Shift availability:
- Night Shift (required)
- Day Shift (required)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
