This a full-time, M-F, Onsite position.Workers Comp Hearing Representative Responsibilities:
- Assist with initial client intake. Gather claim information needed to file Application for Adjudication with Workers' Compensation Appeals Board & client's medical history in order to subpoena medical records
- Assist with the drafting and review of legal documents.
- Efile documents to the WCAB thru EAMS / Gemini Jet Filer and File & Serve documents on all parties of record
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes & conduct research to support legal proceedings.
- Obtain medical and employment records, as needed.
- Record and store client information
- Sort & Label Legal Mail
Workers Comp Hearing Representative Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deadline and detailoriented

PayScale:
- Depending on experience.
Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
