Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Registered Nurse or LPN to join our team near the Parkland, WA area. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing general nursing duties and ensuring the health and well-being of students in the K-12 school environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform general nursing duties, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and providing first aid as needed.
Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop individualized health plans for students with specific medical needs.
Monitor and assess the health status of students, identifying any health-related concerns and implementing appropriate interventions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records for all students.
Likely serving multiple school sites to ensure comprehensive healthcare coverage.
1:1 assignment with potential g-tube feed, support, assistance, medication with other students as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is required to obtain the necessary nurse waiver.
ESA is not required, however, a current WA DoH license with no Enforcement Action is.
Certified and experienced with Trach and Ventilator

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Washington.
Experience in pediatric or school nursing is a plus.
