Responsibilities:

Monitoring the production process of precast concrete elements Ensuring quantitative production targets (number of units) and economic goals Efficient use of own personnel and subcontractors Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees Ensuring high quality standards Ensuring cost-effective inventory management and material procurement Enforcement and further development of occupational safety Requirements: Completed vocational training, e.g.
