Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate special projects as assigned
- Perform general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong proofreading skills for written correspondence
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently
- Experience in transcribing information accurately
- Project coordination skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic financial tasks is advantageous
- Ability to maintain physical and digital filing systems
Pay:
$ $19.41 per hour
