Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Coordinate special projects as assigned
  • Perform general administrative tasks

Requirements:


  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong proofreading skills for written correspondence
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to manage calendars efficiently
  • Experience in transcribing information accurately
  • Project coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic financial tasks is advantageous
  • Ability to maintain physical and digital filing systems

Pay:
$ $19.41 per hour
