Job Overview:

Pac-Dent Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Accountant/Bookkeeper.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting and bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records and reports.

Pay:
$45k-65k per year


Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist with daily bookkeeping activities, including data entry, recording transactions, generating reports, and maintaining financial records
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy
• Process accounts payable and receivables, including invoicing, payments and collections
• Assist in governmental surveys
• Assist in preparation of financial statements such as income statements and balance sheets
• Collaborate with team members and provide support in various accounting and finance projects as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• 12 years of experience preferred
• QuickBooks experience preferred: 1year minimum

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment

Pay:
$45, $65,000.00 per year
