We are looking for:

Provide support to HR department and Anaheim and D'Air CA site employees.


We count on you for:


  • Provide general administrative support to the Human resources department
  • Conduct orientations for all new hires. Responsible for new hire paperwork including uploading files in Success Factors
  • Audit of personnel profiles including filing and copying of personnel files and lawsuits
  • Assist Senior HR Partner in day to day operations including: updating scheduled union increases monthly
  • Process incoming union grievances
  • In charge of shift transfers, job postings, and job bids for union employees
  • Preparation and processing of Terminations
  • Manage attendance proocess for union employees
  • Manage and organize all union documents including corrective actions, and new hire reviews
  • Sign off on weekly payroll for the Anaheim Site
  • Submit payroll tickets
  • Assist with plant morale activities
  • Process employee recognition awards
  • Develop, implement and provide administrative support to the Senior HR Partner in regards to special projects
  • All other duties as assigned.

You will bring:

Education and Experience

  • Required Associates Degree
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree
  • 13 Years of general human resources and payroll
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities

Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, communicate effectively with all levels:

  • EEs, supervisors, and managers
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Immediate follow through on all assigned job tasks
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
  • 6. Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to perform tasks independently
