Experience Required:

Strong instructional design background with a focus on creating impactful learning experiences
Demonstrated expertise in designing virtual instructorled training (vILT) and trainthetrainer programs.
Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within a corporate setting.
Proven ability to provide strategic guidance on instructional design methodologies and best practices
A proactive and collaborative approach to problemsolving and delivering project outcomes
Excellent communication skills, capable of confidently articulating recommendations and principles of effective learning
Strong stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams
Proficiency in PowerPoint (PPT) or PDF for developing visually engaging training materials

NOTE:
100% Virtual Positions
The pay range for this is $55.00 to $65.00 per hour.

Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
