Our organization is in search of a detail-oriented, innovative, self-driven Integrator. In this role, you will be tasked with supervising various facets of a rapidly expanding commercial cleaning enterprise.


Both independent work and collaboration are crucial since you will play a significant role in shaping the business's strategies and realizing its goals.

Anticipating and proactively addressing client needs is key. This necessitates excellent communication abilities, integrity, and consistent follow-up.


This position offers a base salary of $40,000 to $60,000 per annum, along with a car/gas stipend, as well as numerous chances to boost your income through commissions and incentives.


Compensation:
$53,000 to $92,000.00 per year


Working Hours:

  • 8-hour shifts

Experience:


  • Operations management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
