If this describes YOU - then Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Northwest Conference Center WANTS YOU Day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department include, but are not limited to:

Ensure high levels of hotel cleanliness, conditions, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards.
Clean rooms when not inspecting.
Ensure timely procession of lost and found.
Develop and maintain a positive and productive working relationship with staff members and other members of the management team.
Carries out all reasonable requests of management not listed above.
Participates in daily/weekly business meetings to continue to provide quality services to our customers as required.

Qualifications:

1 OR MORE YEARS OF HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING INSPECTING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
A strong desire to serve others.
Requires exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Exhibit creative problemsolving and strategizing skills.
Maintain organized documents and reports.
Knowledge of hotel offerings (amenities), cleaning equipment, and cleaning chemicals required.
Ability to act independently with mínimal or no supervision.
Selfmotivation is required.
Proficient in general computer knowledge (Microsoft Windows and OnQ preferred).
Ability to establish and master goals.
