Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Calling customers and AHJ
  • Assist with scheduling teams
  • Manage calendars and appointments
  • Provide customer support and address inquiries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in scheduling is a plus
  • Previous experience in a Electrical or Solar company
  • Familiarity with customer support practices and phone etiquette
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
