- Assist experienced electricians in providing on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Learn the processes involved installing on electrical projects, including performing tests on equipment and circuits, and troubleshooting issues.
- Develop problem-solving skills by participating in the resolution of requests or concerns that arise during electrical projects, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct testing procedures to ensure the proper functioning and error-free operation of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with experienced electricians to gain knowledge about suggesting equipment upgrades and maintaining inventory, including vans and trucks used for on-site work.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on electrical projects.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply theoretical and practical knowledge gained through on-the-job training and educational programs.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
- Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledgeable about all safety requirements.
- Prompt and reliable.
- Support skills and excellent communication.
- Competitive pay depending on previous experience and current certifications. Overtime is also a factor and is paid at 1.5 X base. We are a performance-based company and pay will ultimately reflect the employee's productivity and overall performance.
