The company tackles each project with a collaborative approach, partnering with business owners, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

    We are in the process of expanding our team and are on the lookout for Licensed Journeyman or Apprentice Electricians to join the Hays team.

    Position Overview:

    We are on the hunt for enthusiastic and skilled Electricians at all levels to be part of our team. The ideal candidate should bring experience in commercial, multi-family, and hospitality projects. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to enhance your hands-on skills and grow in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Adhere to regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
    • Maintain accurate records of work activities, including time spent, materials used, and tasks completed.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and best practices to continuously enhance technical competencies.

    Requirements:

    • Apprentice / Journeyman Electrical license.
    • Prior experience as an Apprentice / Journeyman on commercial, multi-family, and hospitality projects is highly preferred.
    • Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
    • Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Physical stamina and strength for manual labor and lifting heavy objects.
    • Dependable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.
    • Access to reliable transportation.
