    Electricians

    Automated Controls, Facility Automation - Electrical contractor who specializes in low voltage controls. including access controls, energy management systems and data communications. We are immediately hiring multiple electricians in Phoenix, AZ (metro area). Hiring LOCAL ONLY Candidates.

    Electrician Job Responsibilities:

    • Repair and replace wiring.
    • Read blueprints and schematics.
    • Document repairs and modifications.
    • Install conduit and wiring.
    • Diagnose and address functionality and safety issues.
    • Design and install indoor and outdoor electrical control, wiring and lighting systems.
    • Inspect and test electrical systems, including fuses, transformers, and circuit breakers.
    • Any technical/data skills (crimping/terminating/etc.) preferred. Plenty of overtime available, as well as the opportunity to move up and help build a team in the Phoenix metro area.
    • Stay apprised of revisions to the National Electric Code (NEC) and other relevant legislation, building and safety regulations.

    Work Hours & Benefits This is a full-time position. We generally work 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri. However, there is plenty of overtime available. Salary is $ per hour, depending on qualifications. We offer a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off and company paid holidays.

    Electrician Qualifications/Skills:

    • Ability to run conduit.
    • Working knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
    • Communications skills, ability to interact with other skilled trade professionals, designers, and clients.
    • Knowledge of National Electric Code, state and local building codes.
    • Knowledge of energy-efficient equipment and products.
    • Use of testing equipment and hand tools.

    Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements:

    • Up-to-date electrician's license.
    • Electrical Contractor, master electrician or journeyman electrician certification or Department of Labor Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training (BAT) apprentice registration.
    • OSHA 10- or 30-Hour Training and Safety.
    • 2-3 years residential, commercial, or industrial electrical experience.
    • Experience with new builds, renovations, and historical restoration projects.
    • Valid Driver's license.
