Your tasks

Integration, commissioning, service and troubleshooting of IT systems and their applications at our customers' premises
Installation and configuration of IP networks, network services, switching, routing, and firewalls from Fortinet, Sophos, and Aruba
Support and administration of network and security components, as well as customization of systems according to customer requirements
Monitoring and troubleshooting in second and third level support
Independent execution of projects, including creating technical documentation

Your profile

Completed training (e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration, IT system technician, etc.) or degree in the IT field
Several years of professional experience in building, operating, and managing network infrastructures in the areas of switching, routing, and LAN security for external customers
Expert skills in Fort
