    For those whose calling it is to serve others, now is your moment to join our mission to provide quality care to every patient with compassion, collaboration, and innovation, to live our mantra to "Always Do The Right Thing", The Assistant Health Services Administrator is a support role reporting to the Health Services Administrator (HSA) and responsible for monitoring and supporting the daily activities of the medical program.

    This includes a wide range of responsibilities, such as overseeing the medical staff, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and managing the delivery of healthcare services to patients.

    The Assistant HSA works in conjunction with the HSA to ensure the smooth operation of the entire medical program.
    Prepares reports and participates in planning, policy development, and compliance with national standards.
    Maintains accurate files and staffing patterns, and assists with payroll and labor control.
    Maintains communication with facility administration, employees, providers, and agencies, while adhering to regulations.
    Promotes a positive work environment, sets a good example for staff, and addresses grievances and patient correspondence.
    Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Operational experience in correctional health care and delivery Preferred. Minimum three (3) years of experience in administrative and supervisory experience preferred.
    Organizational experience in operations and planning required.
