    Weber Packaging Solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer to add to our team in Dallas-Fort Worth to serve Texas and Oklahoma area.

    Our best employees in this role have a strong mechanical aptitude, are technically savvy, have a positive "can do" attitude, don't mind travel, are very customer focused, and are very self-motivated.


    Most of the work occurs at the customer locations and therefore overnight travel can be approximately 3-4 nights per week.

    This role enjoys a base plus quarterly bonus compensation structure as well as a competitive benefit program.
    Responsibilities
    Assignments will include traveling to planned, preventative, maintenance visits and installations of our label and print systems (industrial equipment).

    Managing all aspects of your assigned territory to include, but not limited to; responding to customer needs, establishing a rapport with assigned customer base, supporting customer training and events as required.

    Building and maintaining strong relationships, both internally and with customers.
    Skills and Qualifications
    College or Technical degree or equivalent technical support experience.

    1-3 years of experience as a field service technician or engineer, with background in service, print or packaging as a bonus.

    Proficient in MS Office, use of tablet, iPhone, laptop.
    Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritize work.
    Ability to lift equipment and components up to 50 pounds.
    Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
