What you will do:

Join a large customer service center that works with some of the most prestigious companies in the world and contribute to ensuring a good experience for customers.

The training starts on

As a customer service representative (m/f/d) in Schortens in the insurance industry, your tasks will include:

  • Telephone customer advice for building, household and glass insurance
  • Entering and changing master and movement data
  • Correspondence with customers (general damage and inventory data)

What we offer:

  • A great hourly wage of 13.80€
  • Regular working hours from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • A paid intensive full-time training of 6 to 8 weeks
