Effective, value-oriented IT management (IT governance, IT service management, IT compliance) plays a crucial role in this. Your diverse topics include:

  • Management of exciting and innovative projects in the field of IT management (e.g. ITIL, ISO/IEC, COBIT, MaRisk, BAIT)
  • Support of strategic and operational projects on a (inter)national level
  • Consulting and implementation of both traditional and agile project management approaches (e.g. Scrum, Prince2 agile, SAFe)
  • Cross-technology support for the development and continuous optimization of our clients' IT management processes
  • Establishment and evaluation of performance measurements
  • Structuring of tasks, roles, and processes for the transition and management of application and IT system landscapes
  • Consulting with departments on the targeted use of state-of-the-art IT services throughout the value chain
