- 5+ years of relevant experience as a lawyer, including in support of advertising clients. Entertainment experience is a plus.
- Highly adept at commercial contracting and negotiating. Very skilled drafting is a must.
- Ability to work autonomously and reliably within tight timeframes in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The Netflix Advertising Legal & Policy Team is seeking a talented and passionate lawyer to support our ad supported offering.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, the successful candidate will help support our growing ads team, drafting and negotiating contracts, media terms, upfronts, and other related contracting.
The lawyer should be highly curious, eager to jump into research projects, partner with Ads Policy, and help the business navigate regulated industries and the evolving advertising landscape.
They must be highly collaborative, working effectively with teammates, internal clients, and cross functional partners, including Ad Sales, Ads Policy, AdTech, Product, Privacy, MarComms, and Business and Legal Affairs.
This is a great opportunity for a mid-level attorney to join our Advertising Legal & Policy team and support our growing business while continuing to hone their skills and develop their industry knowledge.
This role is based in either Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY and reports into a Director on our Advertising Legal & Policy team.
What We're Looking For:
To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
The range for this role is $250,000 - $530,000.
