- Documents components of patient's history

- Participates in in-office procedures under licensed healthcare provider supervision
- Performs diagnostic CLIA waived testing
- Performs venipuncture for lab testing
- Prescription call-backs as per scope of practice
- Preps patient's chart with relevant clinical information
- Maintains inventory of supplies and keeps examination rooms stocked
- Adheres to AMC's regulatory compliance guidelines
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. - required
- Previous experience in a patient care setting - preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries within the work setting

Our Urology outpatient practice is looking for a dynamic LPN to join our passionate healthcare team.
The Division of Urology is a bustling practice within the Albany Med System with 12 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Practitioners. Operating in 3 sites - Clifton Park, Schenectady, and the Main Site in Albany at the Albany Medical Center South Clinical Campus on Hackett Boulevard. The Practice conducts various in-office procedures that offer continuous learning opportunities.
Under the guidance of the attending physician, RN, Lead LPN, or practice coordinator, the LPN will deliver direct patient care and support various clinical functions for all providers.
