About the Role

Role Responsibilities:


  • Write copy, create link tracking, help with art ideas, and choose methods of promotion for marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing campaign results and create campaign reports.
  • Listen to customer service calls on a regular basis.
  • Delivers insights on customer experience to technology and product teams.
  • Audit and update all FAQ pages to encourage selfservice online for our customers.
  • Own and maintain customer service insight reporting.
  • Ad hoc duties as needed

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:


  • Essential_
  • Demonstrated understanding of creating and analyzing marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing strategies
  • 12 years of marketing and/or customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in a fastpaced office environment is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office suite; database management
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A positive attitude in the workplace and a willingness to cooperate with colleagues
  • Desirable_
  • Knowledge of the publishing industry
  • Experience working with subscription business models

US Annualized Base Salary Range:
$46,000 - $55,000. The salary offer may vary based on work experience, education, skill level and equity. The US salary range does not align with the salary ranges in other countries when converted to the currency of that country.
