Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to help with all aspects of Quality Operations.
This is an interim Associate Director/Director level role and the right candidate must have experience working on early stage (pre-commercial programs).
This will be a 6 month project that involves 3-4 days on site in Lexington, MA. If you are not able to be onsite, please do not apply.Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for all functions within QA operations, including but not limited to:
Oversight of CDMO partners and working with external suppliers for clinical programs
Review of analytical data and batch records
Deviation management, and investigator for internal & external partners
Leading a small team
Help facilitate tech transfer activities and provide QA oversight
Manage product complaint process as needed
Requirements:
15+ years in pharma/biotech QA
10+years in QA operations
10+ years working in clinical stage organizations
AD level role or equivalent in Quality
Must have had direct reports
Experience with product complaints would be ideal
Job Types:
