Exodus Rigs is seeking a passionate Inside Sales and Customer Experience Advisor who lives and breathes camping - it's not just a hobby; it's a lifestyle.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service, and assisting them with their inquiries and sales needs.

Key responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience and Sales Advisor, your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our travel trailers to effectively communicate features, benefits, and options to potential buyers.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and issues with a positive attitude, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with our sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools and systems to maintain customer records, track interactions, and manage followup tasks.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties related to customer service and sales support.

Basic Required Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in customer service and inside sales roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethics.

Conditions of Employment:

Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
