Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

Front Desk Support:


  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, and prospective tenants.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Leasing Assistance:


  • Assist with the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and related documents.
  • Coordinate moveins and moveouts, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Conduct apartment tours for prospective tenants when needed.

Administrative Tasks:


  • Maintain accurate and organized records, including resident files and lease agreements.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Collaborate with the property manager to compile reports and updates.

Customer Service:


  • Address resident concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the leasing office.
  • Work closely with the property management team to resolve issues effectively.

Vendor Coordination:


  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Track and follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering office supplies.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Familiarity with property management software is an advantage.
