Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive group bookings and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting group reservations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies to increase group bookings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management for management review.

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in group sales or related fields.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Competencies: US Work Authorization.
