Compensation:
$50,000
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive group bookings and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting group reservations.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies to increase group bookings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management for management review.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in group sales or related fields.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Competencies: US Work Authorization.
