- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3-5 years progressive project/program management experience.
- PMP or equivalent professional certification a plus.
- Establish project governance framework involving all stakeholders.
- Centralize project information and provide reporting to relevant stakeholders to ensure management has the necessary information to make timely, well-informed decisions.
- Prioritize projects to align with strategic objectives.
- Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Manage cross-functional project review activities and ensure successful performance to quality, cost, production and delivery targets.
- Plan, schedule, visualize and track resources ensuring the right resources are allocated to the right project at the right time.
- Establish team efficiency by facilitating knowledge transfer, collaboration, and communication between departmental project members/teams.
- Create project based leading/lagging KPI's and clearly visualize for all stakeholders.
- Provide clear vision, develop supporting strategies, and establish accountability.
- Continuously maintain and develop job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
