    PrideStaff is currently looking for a Receptionist to join a Law Office in Riverside, CA. This is a full-time temp-to-hire role with room for advancement. Check out the job requirements below for consideration.

    • Salary: $18-$20 (DOE)
    • Shift: M-F 1st shift hours (can be part-time 24-25 hours weekly or full-time 40 hours weekly)

    Position Summary:
    Join a small legal office with a high call volume in need of a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Call Intake associate who is self-motivated and reliable. The employer is open to training the right candidate in various legal-related tasks listed.
    Job Duties:

    • Handle a high volume of incoming calls
    • Conduct telephone calls and interview potential clients.
    • Schedule appointments.
    • Regularly communicate with clients on procedures and case progress.
    • Meet with clients and professionals to go over case details.
    • Organize and manage law libraries, documents, and case files.
    • Make copies of correspondence and documents.
    • Support attorneys/paralegals in gathering information.
    • Compose office memos.
    • Fill out forms and applications for clients.
    • Arrange travel plans for attorneys.
    • Assist with administrative tasks;

    Requirements:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
    • Ability to multitask, handle time-sensitive documents, and excel in organization in a fast-paced setting.
    • Work well in a team environment.
    • Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to take on different tasks like call screening and updating calendars.
    • Punctual and reliable with work schedule.
    • Spanish bilingual (speaking, reading, writing) is a plus
    • Handle assigned duties by attorneys or management.
    • Work effectively under deadlines, handle confidential information professionally, and display strong interpersonal skills.
    • Possess exceptional attention to detail and work well independently with minimal supervision.
