Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of this position include: Occasional lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 25lbs; occasional standing or walking with objects 15-25lbs; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with regular repetitive motions (such as typing); utilizing mouse, keyboard, and phone for portions of the day.
Ability to travel to various locations on and off-campus for meetings. Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals of diverse - and varied professional levels.Shift
Primarily days (i.e. Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm) Please be aware that as an exempt position, job duties may occasionally require additional time in the evenings, nights, holidays and/or weekends to accomplish work goals in excess of 40 hours per week.
Job Summary
Position supports the unit's goal of providing excellent student services in an efficient, timely and friendly manner in accordance with UK's mission, following regulations of all governing agencies with sound financial controls.
This position will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of the fee calculation process for tuition and fees for the entire University.
This will involve configuring, maintaining and testing changes to the calculation process in order to meet changes to tuition and fees.
Also, this position will be responsible for helping to troubleshoot and resolve any technical tuition and fee issues that arise.
This person must have a high attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills in order to work with various administrators across campus.
Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesStrong knowledge of SAP CM components and/or University policies and practices.
