    We currently have an opening for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at our San Jose - Moorpark clinic. The PTA will work directly with patients to teach them different functional tasks and exercises intended to strengthen or stretch muscles, as well as alleviate pain.

    About our San Jose – Moorpark Clinic:

    Our San Jose - Moorpark clinic had its grand opening in December 2022. It is our first clinic to be opened in San Jose. We're an outpatient physical therapy clinic offering comprehensive orthopedic care, including back rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, lower extremity rehabilitation, manual hands-on therapy, motor vehicle injury rehabilitation, neck rehabilitation, pre- and post-operative care, sports medicine, and workers' compensation support.

We're owner-operator of over 200 leading regional outpatient physical therapy clinics spanning across 16 states.     Responsibilities:

    • Provide physical therapy in an outpatient setting.
    • Follow individualized care plans for each treatment.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care.
    • Grow relationships with staff and the community.
    • Utilize state-of-the-art EMR for documentation and reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance-based regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduation from an approved school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
    • Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing with the State.
