    Job DescriptionIf you're a high-performing sales representative with exemplary communication skills and a proven record of success, you might be perfect for our showroom sales representative position. Our thriving dealership needs a car salesperson to maintain and grow a customer database to identify potential customers, follow up with existing customers, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.     Responsibilities:
    • Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs
    • Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales
    • Receive customers in a welcoming and professional manner to drive car sales
    • Leverage negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership standards and policies
    • Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections
    Qualifications:
    • A valid state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record are required
    • Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferred
    • Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and communication skills are essential for meeting customer needs
    • Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's degree is considered a plus
