Description

This is a temporary role through Magnit Global with one of the worlds leading health insurance companies.

Schedule Notes:

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
Training - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (2-3 weeks)
Position is 100% remote as of now - possibly hybrid; candidates need to be local to Orlando, FL

Responsibilities:

Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks.
Performs simple data entry, sorts requests, and maintains files.
Understand simple instructions and procedures.
Performs Customer Service duties under direct instruction and close supervision.
Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions.
Entry point into professional roles.
Order Entry, Inbound Calls & be able to multi-task between tasks.
Great organization skills and an active listener.

Required Skills:

Call Center experience
Customer Service
Multitasking

Education:

HS Diploma Required - no other certs required

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, and expectation):

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $14.00/hour-$17.00/hour
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).
