- Full-time
- Managing a diverse patient panel and conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or testing centers, including occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning through Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams
- Utilizing specific clinical training and performing in-office procedures
- Supervising NP or PA colleagues
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- At least 2 years of recent outpatient primary care practice or completion of residency in the last 5 years
- Board certification in Family Medicine or plans for certification within 1 year of starting at One Medical
- State licensure in Ohio
- Passion for human-centered primary care
- Effective communication and care provision for individuals of all backgrounds
- Proficiency in technology for delivering quality care
- Clinical excellence in evidence-based primary care
