For our client, we are currently looking for a real estate agent (m/f/d) for the management of commercial units in direct placement.

Our client is a medium-sized family-owned company in the real estate industry in Munich, which has been active in the market for over three decades and has experience in project development, construction management, and real estate management.

The goal is to provide the highest quality while also considering sustainability, quality, and longevity in the properties being managed.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for tenant support and management of the properties
You will be responsible for marketing commercial rental space
You will excel in conducting inspections and handovers of commercial areas
You will be responsible for correspondence with tenants, authorities, and service providers
You will enjoy processing renovation requests from tenants and providing commercial support for their implementation
You will work in collaboration and coordination with the property accounting and operating cost team
