Job Description:

  • Improvement and optimization of production processes
  • Planning, organizing, and conducting experiments
  • Supporting production in process issues
  • Continuous documentation and analysis of process data and creation of process instructions
  • Training and professional guidance of production employees
  • International collaboration with colleagues at other locations, as well as with customers and external partners

Qualifications:


What we expect:

  • A degree in a natural science field (chemical engineering, chemistry, physics, or materials science) or a comparable qualification
  • Previous work experience in wet coating or a similar field
  • An analytical, solution-oriented, and structured approach to work, as well as high resilience
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as initiative and independence
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
